Customer registration

Customers may register to the platform by clicking on the "Register" link from the homepage.


The registration process includes 3 steps:

  1. Provide information regarding the registered company
  2. Provide information regarding the registered individual (user)
  3. Authentication approval



On the first screen, the company details must be filled in accordingly.



Then agree to the terms by clicking on the "Continue" button.




Next, fill in the details for the Administrator account.


In the case where the email address already exists in your platform the following error message may display:

  • We recommend checking if the email address was already added under a different account. If so, proceed to the homepage and log in with the email address (or use Forgot Password to reset the password)
  • Otherwise, registration can be completed by using a new email address



After clicking the "Verify Email" button an Access Code will be sent to the provided email address.


The 6-digit Access Code must be typed and click the "Send Register Request" button to complete registration.



After the customer is authenticated, they will have access to the platform. Their account must still be enabled to participate in events and viewings.




In the case where the company name already exists the user will see the following screen after clicking "Send Register Request":


All registration details will be sent in a private message so the customer account can be verified to understand why the company name already exists.


Please note the following examples are all considered the same company name:

  • Example Company LLC
  • Example company LLC
  • Example-company LLC
  • example company llc
  • examplecompanyllc
  • examplecompany llc
  • example cÖmpany llc
  • Éxample Company LLC
