How do I login?

In order to login into the platform you must have an account under the relevant company. In order to create an account you may register to the platform or contact the company support for addressing your account. 


If you are trying to log in for the first time, please read the section below.




Regular login to the platform

On the login page of the platform, you should enter:

  1. Email address - the personal email address you registered with and verified.
  2. Password - the current password you set in the platform.


In case you forgot your password, please follow the "How to reset my password" article.

In case you forgot your email address, please contact the support of the company for additional help.

In case you getting an error for Suspended Account, please follow the "Suspended Accounts" article.




First-time login to the platform


Once your account is created, an email is sent to you with the subject "Welcome Email". The email contains a link "Confirm Registration" to confirm your registration and your email address.



 Following the link will direct you to a page where you should set your first password.



In order to set your new password, please follow the "Reset Password" article.






  1. Type your password in the New Password field
  2. Then type the same password in Confirm New Password
  3. Finally, click on the Confirm button
  4. You will then be returned to the Sign in screen where you can use your new password to login



*If you DO NOT receive the email then reach out to Support so they can add your email

Note: you may be required to provide KYC, AML, and any other documentation
