The following terms are used across the platform:
Total Revenue
The total sold price of a lot.
Calculation: TotalRevenue = (PricePerUnit * LotWeight)
Total Reserve
The total reserve price of a lot.
This value is not calculated and needs to be provided by your platform's administrator.
Total Achievement
The percentage difference between total reserve price and total revenue. A negative value means that the lot was sold below the reserve price.
Calculation: TotalAchievement = (TotalRevenue - TotalReserve) / TotalReserve
Overall Revenue per Unit
The sold price per unit of a lot. When the value is calculated for the event, the calculation is done for the overall revenue and the overall lot weights, and not individually per lot.
Calculation: OverallRevenuePerUnit = TotalRevenue / LotWeight
Overall Reserve per Unit
The reserve price per unit of a lot. When the value is calculated for the event, the calculation is done for the overall reserve and the overall lot weights, and not individually per lot.
Calculation: OverallReservePerUnit = TotalReserve / LotWeight
Overall Achievement per Unit
The percentage difference between overall reserve price and overall revenue.
Calculation: OverallAchievementPerUnit = (OverallRevenuePerUnit - OverallReservePerUnit) / OverallReservePerUnit
