Import Inventory File

For easy migration from other solutions into BidGemmer inventory management, we provide a quick and easy migration tool. The tool is supporting CSV files only to be uploaded to the platform. Once uploaded, the tool will transform each line in the CSV into a new inventory item with the corresponding attributes. All attributes might be modified after the import process, using the inventory module.

Please Note

The system distinguishes between importing inventory files and importing lots files. In case your intention is to import a file containing lots and inner items for the purpose of event/viewing - please check the Import Lots File article.

Supported CSV columns:

For a full list of all available attributes, please check the Inventory Attributes article. Additional notes:

• All columns named are case-insensitive, meaning that upper-case letters will be treated as lower-case letters.
• All columns in the CSV that contains underscore (_) character, can be replaced with space or hyphen / Dash (-) character accordingly. e.g. the column "weight_unit" is also supported as "weight unit" or "weight-unit".
